Axelivor S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71789012-4), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 800, Floor 12, C1043AAV, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through the website axelivor.com.
2. Data we collect
We may collect first and last name, email address, phone number, province of residence, tax information (CUIT/CUIL), connection data, IP address, cookies and any other data voluntarily entered by the user in contact forms, newsletter or registration.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use the data to send you real estate investment opportunities, manage your user registration, comply with legal obligations (Law 25,326, Law 27,349, UIF Resolution 76/2019 on the prevention of money laundering), respond to enquiries and carry out anonymous statistical analyses.
4. Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the execution of the contractual relationship, legal obligations under Argentine law and our legitimate interest in providing a secure service.
5. Recipients
We do not transfer data to third parties except by legal obligation, requirement of the National Securities Commission, the Financial Information Unit (UIF), the AFIP or competent judicial authorities. We may use technology providers (hosting, mail, analytics) subject to confidentiality agreements.
6. International transfer
Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In these cases we guarantee an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses or countries considered adequate by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
7. Retention
We retain the data as long as the relationship with you lasts and during the applicable legal periods (minimum 10 years in accounting and tax matters) or until you request its deletion.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under Law 25,326 you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and confidentiality of your data by writing to privacy@axelivor.com. You can also file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data: in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), access control, internal reviews and continuous monitoring.
